Capacity that stays with you. Brand and deal allowances are totals, not monthly quotas. Archived brands and closed deals still count; moving a deal between stages does not use another credit. Contacts within a brand are unlimited.

Is Collaboration for creators, brands or agencies?
All three. Creators can manage their own brand business or work with a manager. Agencies can organize ownership and next steps across their partnerships. Brands can keep relationship operations in their workspace and use Creator Connect alongside Collaboration for discovery and campaigns. Member, agent and usage limits depend on your Pointerly plan.
Do I need a manager to use Collaboration?
No. Creators can manage their own brand relationships, pitches, follow-ups, and deals. If you work with a manager, you can work together in your Pointerly workspace with the access you grant them.
What is included in the Collaboration add-on?
Brand CRM, contacts and activity history, a deal pipeline, briefs and deliverables, outreach templates, follow-ups and sequences, and Notion import and export. Connected inbox analysis and deal agents help qualify opportunities, draft replies and negotiate within your rules. Mailbox access, agent limits and AI usage follow your workspace plan. Current capacity and pricing are shown in plans and add-ons.
How does email work?
Pitches and follow-ups are sent from your connected mailbox. Mailbox access is included on paid plans or available as an add-on on Free. You can use manual reminders without a mailbox. Collaboration outreach supports email and manual follow-ups.
Can I keep using my own Notion databases?
Yes. Connect a database, map its fields, and import brands, contacts, deals, or follow-ups. New and changed rows keep coming in, and Pointerly never edits your databases; the Pointerly Hub exports your pipeline to Notion. Notion sync is included with Collaboration; no separate Notion add-on is needed.
How much control do I have over AI agents?
Choose each agent’s sources, instructions, tools, and triggers. Set tools to draft only, require approval, or run automatically where supported. You can review activity and pending approvals, and change or pause your setup.
Does Collaboration collect payments or sign contracts?
It tracks deal stages, agreed values, deliverables, and payment status. Marking a deal contracted, invoiced, or paid records its progress; it does not itself sign a contract, issue an invoice, or process a payment.
How is Collaboration different from Creator Connect and Delegated?
Creator Connect helps creators and brands discover campaigns and connect. Collaboration organizes your ongoing brand business, including relationships you bring yourself. Delegated is a separate service where Pointerly specialists carry out work inside the modules you allow, with your oversight.
